Signalen is the open source initiative of Dutch municipalities for receiving and processing Reports and Signalen has recently also been ready for use by other municipalities!  

The Signals community meetup is aimed at municipalities that are considering using Signals to receive and process Reports on Public Space. The meetup focuses on Policy makers, process managers, Contract managers, Information managers and Functional Managers
